The company is the best! Charles, the owner, is great. He has been taking care of my yard for a few years now. At first our home needed some help as I work a lot and hadn’t had the time to maintain it myself. His crew mows it every week and even communicates if there is a weather delay. Their lawn fertilization and weed control has been amazing. The first year I didn’t have faith Charles could deliver as we had mostly weeds and not much grass. Quickly they got the weeds gone. He recommended an aeration and over-seed and it’s never looked so good. Thank you for everything you and your team has done for my property. Oh yeah, I’ve had many lawn mowing companies over the years and this was the only one to ever send me a Christmas card. Talk about personal service.

This company gets 5 Stars from me for the BEST CUSTOMER Service that I have came across in a long time. I just started with this service about maybe 2 months ago and recently I had issues on certain concerns (matter of fact to be honest it was a couple or two issues.) Within 24 hours, the Owner, Charles PERSONALLY came to my house and addressed each issue I had. He assured ALL will be taken care and and gave me valuable & informative advice on my lawn. Within 24-48 hours it was completed.

We love using this lawn service company because they are fast, dependable, and always answer our questions. If something was not done correctly or as we wanted our lawn to look, then we email or call them and get feedback within 24 hours. Typically, they fix the issue within the week and sometimes next day. The staff is friendly if you need to call, and you always know if your service date gets moved due to weather. We use this company for weekly mowing our lawn, various lawn applications, and biannually blowing out the gutters. They offer a wide range of services that will fit your needs, and we highly recommend using them.

5 STAR company! EXCELLENT customer service which is hard to find nowadays. Prices very reasonable and competitive! Auto-pay is available and you get a receipt emailed on the day of service! Prior to working with Specialized Property Care for our lawn care needs, we would hire people we found on Craig’s List. Those people on Craig’s List were not dependable and the quality of the work was extremely poor. Specialized Property Care is dependable and provides great quality work! You couldn’t find a nicer owner than Charles. He is a hard working–honest man. You will not regret hiring this company!!!
